New “Fractional Meso”

Fractional Meso (Platinum Pen by Fusion)

First and foremost, fractional mesotherapy is inspired by traditional mesotherapy. It is a treatment that combines sterile serums with the technique of skin needling.

One of the most remarkable discoveries in this field was likely made by Dr. André Camirand, a Canadian plastic surgeon, who in 1997 reported unprecedented and surprising results. These included camouflage procedures and tattooed scars with skin-colored pigments for patients with hypochromic facial scars.

After extensive examination, Dr. Camirand concluded that inserting fine needles from a tattoo machine into the scar helped break down scar collagen, triggering the synthesis of new, healthy collagen as well as re-stimulating melanogenesis.

How does fractional mesotherapy work?

Unlike other treatments for acne scars, stretch marks, and wrinkles, needling does not damage the skin or remove any part of the epidermis layer. Instead, a controlled micro-injury is created under the epidermis, stimulating the skin’s natural repair mechanisms, which leads to increased collagen and elastin production.

In addition to stimulating collagen and elastin, fractional mesotherapy creates microchannels through which sterile products applied to the skin surface—such as hyaluronic acid or customized serum cocktails containing vitamins, amino acids, growth factors, and more—are better absorbed, depending on the desired effect.

Key benefits of this technique:

  • Stronger collagen stimulation than conventional mesotherapy.
  • Suitable for all skin types.
  • Does not cause skin lesions (no removal or damage to the epidermis).
  • No increased sensitivity to UV light (the epidermis quickly regains integrity without thinning or compromising its protective barrier).
  • No risk of permanent skin discoloration.
  • Safe for thin skin that has previously undergone chemical peels or laser treatments.
  • Can be used on the face, neck, décolleté, and other body areas needing treatment.
  • A cost-effective alternative to Fraxel, resurfacing, or Thermage treatments.
  • Topical anesthetics can be used to ensure patient comfort.
  • Can be combined with the XPERT device, an electroporation device.
  • Minimal discomfort and recovery time; only mild redness.
  • If results are unsatisfactory, the procedure can be repeated without risk.
  • Treats scars, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, fine lines, skin laxity, acne, and hair regrowth, offering an overall anti-aging solution.
  • Also treats body concerns like cellulite and stretch marks.

Studies suggest that needling systems can increase the effectiveness of topical treatments by several hundred percent.

It is essential to use only high-quality, sterile products that have been carefully formulated to ensure safety and contain nutrients or active ingredients that significantly enhance the treatment’s effectiveness.

Using premium sterile products not only boosts the efficiency of the treatment by several hundred percent but also reduces the risk of allergies and infections.

Fusion XPERT – The Perfect Complement!

Electroporation and LED Light Therapy

Electroporation has been clinically proven to be effective. It involves pulsed intermittent currents between 150 and 300ms without polarity inversion. Our device integrates this technology with LED therapy.

We have developed a treatment that incorporates this device after the fractional mesotherapy session. We use another round of sterile product application, enhancing penetration with the XPERT device.

This approach allows the skin to recover more quickly and maximizes results.
